How do I get started?

Simply click "Get a Reading" and sign up with your email or phone number. You'll receive 3 free readings per month. Choose a reader that resonates with you and ask your question to begin.

Is aminora.ai free to use?

Yes! Free accounts include 3 readings per month. For unlimited readings and premium features, you can upgrade to a Premium subscription.

Readings

How accurate are the readings?

Our readings are generated by advanced AI trained on various wisdom traditions. While many users find valuable insights, readings should be used for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only—not as professional advice for important life decisions.

What types of readings are available?

We offer Tarot readings (2 readers), Horoscope readings (2 readers), Crystal Ball readings (2 readers), Palm readings (2 readers), Couples readings, and Work Dynamics analysis. Each reader has a unique personality and approach.

Can I save my readings?

Yes! All your readings are automatically saved to your History. You can access past readings, share them to the community, or delete them from your account settings.

What's the Couples Reading?

Couples Reading allows two people to privately share their perspectives on a relationship situation. Each person submits their view, and Rachel (our couples reader) provides a neutral synthesis without revealing individual responses to the other person.

What's the Work Dynamics feature?

Similar to Couples Reading, Work Dynamics helps colleagues understand workplace dynamics. Two colleagues share their perspectives on a professional situation, and Morgan provides neutral insights without exposing individual responses.

Subscriptions & Billing

What does Premium include?

Premium subscribers get unlimited readings, access to reading history insights, compatibility features, community access, and priority support. You can also share readings with friends and family.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Settings page. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances. Contact us at support@aminora.ai for assistance.

Privacy & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption, secure authentication, and row-level security in our database. Your readings and personal information are protected. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can others see my readings?

No, your readings are private by default. You can optionally share readings to the community if you choose, but this is entirely opt-in.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete individual readings from your History, or delete your entire account from Settings. This will permanently remove all your data.

What devices can I use?

aminora.ai works on any modern web browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. No app installation required.

Why isn't my reading loading?

If readings are slow or not loading, try refreshing the page. If issues persist, check your internet connection or try a different browser. Contact us if problems continue.
