aminora.ai provides AI-powered readings including tarot, horoscope, crystal ball, palm reading, couples readings, and work dynamics analysis. These services are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address or phone number. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Free accounts receive 3 readings per month. Unused readings do not roll over to the following month.

4.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Subscription features and pricing are subject to change with notice.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Contact us at support@aminora.ai for refund requests.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

When you submit questions, upload images, or provide other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit User Content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of third parties without consent
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is spam or commercial solicitation

6.3 Community Features

If you share readings or participate in community features, you acknowledge that such content may be visible to other users. You are solely responsible for content you share publicly.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by aminora.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMINORA.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorised access to your account or transmissions
• Actions or decisions based on reading content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless aminora.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
